Return & Refund Policy

At Trenton Mills, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging

  • Custom or special-order products are not eligible for return

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • If you still need the product, we will send a replacement

  • If you no longer need it, we will issue a refund instead
